Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience.
• Experience selling in Psychiatry or Addiction markets.
• Experience leading direct reports.
• Building & executing training programs.
• Demonstrated track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchise / department leaders on business strategy.
• Translate business strategy into curriculum / workshop design and development.
• Develop, deliver and evaluate training programs, curricula, and training materials for field representatives, account managers and field management.
• Lead on ensuring that all curriculum/workshops have a learner first focus.
• Develop and conduct training workshops on disease states, products, marketplaces, and contextual selling skills for all types of audiences.
• Coach commercial field learning managers on facilitation techniques and alignment with team vision.
• Proactively communicate with marketing, field leadership, and other key stakeholders to identify training requirements.
