Job summary

CG Oncology is seeking an Associate Director, Field Training to design and deliver high-impact training for our commercial field organization. You will align training with brand strategy, readiness for launches, and long-term field performance in a fast-paced oncology environment.

You will lead onboarding, certification, and ongoing development across disease states and selling skills, partnering with Marketing, Medical, and Compliance to ensure compliant messaging and scalable programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12+ years pharma/biotech experience in training, sales, or commercial roles.
• Launch/pre-launch experience required.
• Experience delivering field training at scale.
• Oncology or specialty experience preferred.
• Experience leveraging learning technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and performance analytics to improve field capability highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-impact training programs aligned to commercial priorities and launch readiness.
• Translate brand and commercial strategies into field-facing curricula and programs.
• Lead new hire onboarding and continuous learning across field roles.
• Build capabilities across disease state, product, clinical, selling skills, and account management.
• Own training strategy and execution for product launches; ensure compliant messaging.
• Design and deploy certification programs and readiness assessments; mitigate field gaps.
• Develop high-impact training content across formats; adopt AI-enabled simulations and microlearning.
• Own the commercial learning technology ecosystem (Brainshark, Copilot, CRM learning tools, Power BI).
• Deliver national and regional training programs; ensure scalability and quality of assets.
• Establish feedback loops with field leadership; optimize programs using performance data.
