Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics, Associate Director, Field Tools, serves as a strategic partner for North America Commercial and Medical Affairs to support the launch and commercialization of BeOne’s Oncology portfolio. You will lead the ongoing implementation and enhancement of Field BI Tools, translate business needs into technical solutions, ensure data quality, and drive analytics that inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with strong Commercial and Medical systems.
• Experience managing large-scale technology solutions and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Information Management; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing implementation and enhancement of Field BI Tools and technology platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee data quality, reporting, and analytics.
• Champion tool adoption and user training.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for platform standardization and process automation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for development, release, and support.
• Establish operational reliability and team support frameworks.
• Facilitate data-driven insights to enable decision-making.
