Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an Associate Director, Field Tools to partner with North America Commercial and Medical Affairs teams. You will oversee the implementation of Field BI Tools and other technology platforms, aligning solutions with business strategy to drive launches and commercialization.

The role requires 10+ years in biotech/pharma, strong leadership, data analytics, and excellent communication. Travel approximately 10–15% for major launch initiatives is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry experience, or a Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills.
• Ability to coordinate needs assessments across the commercial organization and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment with strong cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner for NA Commercial and Medical Affairs Field Leadership teams.
• Engage with stakeholders to plan and roadmap Field insights solutions, enabling AI-driven insights and automation.
• Oversee reporting operations and ensure data quality for business insights with BI teams.
• Lead resource allocation and prioritization across regions and manage vendor relationships.
