Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Brand Analytics to support BEQALZI and BTK CDAC launches in the biopharma space. You will act as a strategic analytics partner, leading analyses on commercial performance and market dynamics, and developing customer segmentation strategies.

You will utilize secondary data sources, lead advanced analytics, and create dashboards and KPIs to measure performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, statistics, data science or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in brand or commercial analytics within pharma/biotech.
• Demonstrated success in product launches and experience with advanced analytics algorithms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses on commercial performance, market dynamics, customer engagement, and launch readiness.
• Develop customer segmentation strategies.
• Utilize secondary data sources to generate actionable insights.
• Lead advanced analytics modeling, including predictive and prescriptive approaches.
• Create frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs for performance measurement.
• Support market assessments and performance storytelling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage external vendors and project delivery.
