Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Associate Director, Field Reimbursement Management (FRM) to lead a team across Neuroscience accounts, driving access and fulfillment strategies. The role is field-based with substantial travel and requires building cross-functional partnerships to ensure patients start and stay on therapy.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in healthcare business, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of reimbursement design and Buy & Bill concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years healthcare business experience; experience in market access or managed markets preferred.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Knowledge of account management, managed care, and reimbursement principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead regionally aligned team of up to 10 direct reports to maximize access & fulfillment impact for JJIM patients.
• Build and execute long- and short-term strategic plans for the FRM team.
• Develop team culture, drive accountability, and achieve overall goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Field Sales to enable patient access and therapy initiation.
• Manage budget in alignment with team objectives.
• Travel up to 75% of the time.
