Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks an Associate Director, Northeast for Field Reimbursement, Patient Engagement & Customer Solution. This field-based role leads a FRM team across NY, NJ, PA, and surrounding areas, driving access and fulfillment strategies with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in healthcare business, strong account management and reimbursement knowledge, and 3+ years of people leadership. Travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years healthcare business experience; focus on market access or managed markets preferred.
• Knowledge of account management, managed care, and reimbursement principles including buy & bill, coding, billing, and prior authorization.
• 3+ years of direct people management; leadership capabilities shown in prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regionally aligned FRM team up to 10 direct reports to maximize access and fulfillment impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand Marketing, Medical, and other JJIM departments while in the field with minimal supervision.
• Develop long- and short-term strategic planning and execute related tactics in a fast-paced environment.
• Build trust-based relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders to enable patient access to therapy.
• Manage budget allocation aligned with team objectives; drive accountability and performance.
