Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Southeast for the Field Reimbursement Manager team. This field-based role leads FRM colleagues serving Neuroscience access and fulfillment, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Medical across Atlanta, Miami, Washington, and Raleigh.

You will develop strategy, coach up to 10 direct reports, manage budgets, and drive access and patient outcomes. Travel up to 75% is required; we are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required. MBA or other related graduate level degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years healthcare business related experience required.
• Knowledge of account management, managed care, and reimbursement principles including pharmacy and medical benefit/buy & bill benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorization, office operations, and appeals processes.
• 3+ years of direct people management.
• Valid Driver's License in one of the 50 United States.
• Reside within the geography or be willing to relocate to it.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a diverse and talented team who are competent and skilled in the JJIM Neuroscience business, the healthcare marketplace, and in access & fulfillment.
• Proven ability building trust, engagement, and team commitment toward a shared vision.
• Be responsible for leading their regionally aligned team of up to 10 direct reports to maximize access & fulfillment related impact for JJIM prescribed patients starting or staying on therapy.
• Develop both long and short-term strategic planning for the team and manage seamless team execution of related tactics in a fast-paced environment.
• Pull-through district vision, create team culture, drive accountability, manage FRM performance, forge valuable customer relationships, and achieve the team’s overall goals.
• Coach and develop FRMs to leverage data insights and account management competencies to proactively address access barriers.
