Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director for Field Reimbursement Management (FRM) within the Innovative Medicine PECS team. The role is field-based with up to 75% travel, leading a FRM team across Neuroscience access and fulfillment, and collaborating with Sales, Brand, and Market Access to enable patient therapy starts and continuations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required. MBA or other related graduate level degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years healthcare business related experience.
• 3+ years of direct people management.
• Knowledge of account management, managed care, and reimbursement principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team in access & fulfillment.
• Manage regionally aligned FRMs to maximize access & fulfillment impact.
• Develop long and short-term planning and ensure flawless execution.
• Build trust-based relationships with Sales, Brand, Marketing and other partners.
• Coach FRMs to use data insights and address patient access obstacles.
• Manage budget and travel as part of team objectives.
