Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director for the South Region in Field Reimbursement, Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions. This field-based leadership role will guide a FRM team across Neuroscience accounts, driving access and fulfillment strategies to help patients start and stay on therapy.

Ideal candidates will manage up to 10 direct reports, partner with cross-functional teams, and optimize regional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
• 8+ years in healthcare business related experience; focus on access & reimbursement preferred.
• Knowledge of account management, managed care, and reimbursement principles.
• 3+ years of direct people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a field reimbursement team of up to 10 direct reports.
• Drive access & fulfillment impact for JJIM patients starting or staying on therapy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand, Marketing, and Field Sales to enable patient access.
• Manage budget in alignment with team objectives and regional strategy.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and trust with stakeholders.
