Alnylam Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Field Force Effectiveness to lead the effectiveness and execution of customer-facing field teams across Commercial and Medical Affairs, partnering with field leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the right metrics, tools, and governance.

You will translate strategy into action by steering field reporting, targeting and alignment, performance management, and cadence like POA and business reviews, enabling data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree preferred (MBA/ MPH/ MS/ PharmD).
• 7–8+ years in pharma, biotech, or healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance field force effectiveness priorities.
• Translate brand and medical strategy into field execution frameworks across cross‑functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve field productivity, focus, and execution quality.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve field performance.
• Define and manage field KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for Commercial; incorporate Medical Operations data.
• Monitor performance trends and identify actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Lead development of business reviews and leadership updates.
• Ensure visibility into field execution and business impact.
• Support targeting, segmentation, and call planning strategies.
• Support roster management and field alignment processes.
• Manage Field Force Effectiveness governance with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Support Plan of Action (POA) processes, business reviews, and operating cadence.
