Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience across Key Account Management, Field Reimbursement, National Accounts, Sales Leadership, Market Access, Commercial Learning & Development, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting KAMs, FRMs, NADs, or Market Access teams in a L&D capacity.
• Demonstrated experience developing or implementing account management frameworks, operating models, development programs, or capability strategies.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement, account planning, reimbursement, payer dynamics, and healthcare market access environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Integrated Account Management framework across roles.
• Establish a shared operating discipline with common language, coordinated planning, role clarity, goal alignment, and standardized ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration across sales, market access, field reimbursement, and account management teams.
• Partner with Compliance and functional leaders to ensure role clarity and coordinated account engagement practices.
