Market Access Strategy. Responsibilities include leading account management initiatives, supporting launch readiness, and advancing a unified One Company Account Management framework across the U.S. The role requires a strong background in sales/market access with strategic insight, excellent communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of combined experience in sales, account management, marketing, market access, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and build cross-functional alignment.
• Understanding of macro-level U.S. healthcare trends, market access dynamics, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined account management workstreams within launch planning, including role readiness and customer engagement processes.
• Partner with the Director to support adoption of the One Company Account Management Strategy across the Company in the U.S.
• Manage the continued integration of Core Functional Skills for Account Executives and related roles.
• Develop analyses and executive-ready updates on transformation progress and performance measures.
