Zusammenfassung

Eisai Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Market Access and Account Management Training to align training strategies with organizational goals and enhance commercial teams across neurology and oncology.

The role leads developing training programs, ensures regulatory review of materials, and mentors the Commercial Training team. The position reports to the Director Commercial Training and Development, oversees a team, and collaborates with vendors to deliver strategic MA and account management

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 10+ years of pharmaceutical sales or related experience.
• Prior experience in Neurology or Oncology; knowledge of payer MA analysis tools and reimbursements.
• Experience in buy and bill and infusion; data analysis of payers.
• Experience presenting at regional and national meetings.
• Virtual training design & delivery; LMS and modern learning systems.

Aufgaben

• Enhance team capabilities in market access, account management, selling skills, disease state knowledge, and Eisai selling model application.
• Lead development of continuous learning tools, e-learning, workshops, and classroom presentations.
