Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a senior-level professional to drive Asset Strategy Team strategy and execution. You will translate interconnected strategies into executable asset-level plans, coordinate timelines and governance, and partner with ASL and disease-area stakeholders to optimize portfolio decisions.

You will coach and mentor DTPMs and project planners, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and prepare materials for governance reviews while acting as a strategic partner to ensure execution aligns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, business or technical field.
• 4–6+ years in pharma/biotech with cross-functional experience.
