Job summary

LillyDirect Finance, part of Lilly, seeks an Associate Director of E-Commerce Finance to partner with Commercial, Marketing, and BI teams. You will drive revenue forecasting, CAC/LTV analysis, and investment recommendations that inform senior leadership decisions.

You will collaborate across Finance, BI&A, and Operations to ensure accurate models, real-time market insights, and robust performance reporting for DTC e-commerce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, CS/Engineering, Statistics, etc.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce/digital finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience partnering with marketing or digital teams on channel investment analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue model for LillyDirect e-commerce and manage monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Build CAC, LTV, payback period, and media efficiency models; advise on budget allocation.
• Collaborate with LillyDirect finance on cost-to-serve and marketing spend reporting.
• Develop financial business cases for new e-commerce features or partnerships.
• Provide competitive benchmarking and senior leadership-focused reporting.
• Enhance data infrastructure linking e-commerce platforms with financial systems.
