LillyDirect seeks an Associate Director, E-Commerce Finance to lead financial planning, performance analysis, and decision support for digital-to-consumer operations. You will develop revenue models, track e-commerce revenue, and build marketing analytics (CAC, LTV, media efficiency) while partnering on cost-to-serve and spend reporting.

This role requires collaboration across marketing, finance, BI, and operations to improve data infrastructure and deliver management reports.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in e-commerce/digital finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
