Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Process Optimization & Digital Operations to advance CRM operational excellence across global sites. You will coordinate process improvements, governance, and vendor delivery to ensure compliant, efficient digital operations.

Located across multiple countries, the role partners with CRM leadership to translate strategy into practical routines, drive improvements, and support audits and inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in a life sciences, quality, technology, data, engineering, or business field.
• Experience in regulated environments such as pharma or medical devices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with precise records and clear options.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state activities and drive process optimization to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate CRM tools administration, user support, and release readiness.
• Plan and facilitate super-user forums and enable stakeholder enablement.
• Coordinate vendor and service delivery, manage access and documentation.
• Support audit and inspection readiness with organized evidence and governance records.
• Maintain governance calendars, decision logs and CRM portal content.
• Compile operational metrics and present trends to leadership.
