Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Process Optimization & Digital Operations to support Clinical Risk Management Operational Excellence. The role ensures CRM tools run smoothly, governance is maintained, and improvements are implemented across multiple countries including the United States and Europe.

The position focuses on operation routines, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, while ensuring audit readiness and vendor management within CRM leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; focus in life sciences, quality, technology, data, engineering, business or related discipline preferred.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical/medical device healthcare tech or regulated environments.
• Strong organization, facilitation, communication, stakeholder coordination and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, reporting tools and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Map and optimize current-state activities; drive process improvements and monitor adoption.
• Coordinate operational administration for CRM tools; maintain guidance and support routines.
• Lead super-user forums; enable user communities and coordinate demonstrations and learning materials.
• Coordinate vendor/service delivery; manage deliverables, access, invoices and risks.
• Coordinate collection and quality review of evidence for audits and inspections; maintain readiness materials.
• Maintain governance calendars, portal content, taxonomy and metadata stewardship; escalation tracking.
