Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director, Cost Management and/or Quantity Surveying to lead cost management across large-scale data centre projects and drive commercial excellence throughout the project lifecycle. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, strategic leadership, and delivering value through rigorous cost control, reporting, and high standards of delivery.

This leadership position requires exceptional communication in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or related field.
• Graduate degree preferred in quantity surveying, cost management or construction management.
• Minimum 8 years in a cost management role within construction.
• RICS certification or equivalent accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management and quantity surveying across large-scale data centre projects.
• Interface with client, stakeholders and consultants at all stages.
• Perform cost controls, change management and reporting throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate strategic and operational management of Cost Management and Project Controls.
• Provide weekly project status updates and drive best practices.
