Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director — Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our team in a client-facing leadership role focused on data center construction. You will drive end-to-end cost management, develop cost plans, and manage change control across large-scale hyperscale programs.

With 8–10+ years in cost management and proven client-facing delivery, you will collaborate with stakeholders, oversee pricing reviews, and provide strategic guidance on procurement and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years of cost management or project controls experience in large-scale projects.
• Proven client-facing delivery experience.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and campus-scale infrastructure.
• Proficiency with cost management tools: CostX, Oracle, Excel, Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cost management across all project phases for hyperscale data center programs.
• Develop and maintain detailed cost plans, estimates, and forecasts.
• Manage change control, negotiations, and post-contract variances.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders; produce monthly cost reports and executive summaries.
