Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Cost Management / Quantity Surveyor to join our Seattle area team and lead cost management across client portfolios and large projects. You will oversee complex commercial work in real estate, infrastructure, and public sector, guiding teams and collaborating with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related construction field.
• Graduate degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum 8 years in cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management.
• RICS certification or equivalent accreditation preferred.
• Experience leading cost management on complex projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead a cost management team and ensure delivery against accountabilities.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and consultants at all project stages.
• Maintain communication with clients and project stakeholders throughout lifecycles.
• Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management activities.
• Coordinate reporting on commercial status of projects and programs.
• Drive best practices in cost management and project delivery.
• Coach and mentor talent to realize potential and grow the team.
