Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a diverse portfolio of projects across the Seattle region. This client-facing role delivers cost management, quantity surveying, and commercial advisory services throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with proven cost management experience, capable of independent and collaborative work while building trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in cost management in construction.
• RICS accredited or working towards it preferred.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large projects with high complexity.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide estimate and cost planning, including final cost plan.
• Review cost estimates with design teams and general contractor.
• Reconcile changes and ensure data accuracy for contractors.
• Prepare cost estimates updates and executive summaries.
