Job summary

Turner & Townsend in California is seeking an experienced Associate Director Cost Manager to lead cost management for major construction programs and capital projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or related field.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant cost management experience in construction.
• RICS certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cost management team and interface with the client, stakeholders and other consultants at all project stages.
• Perform quantity surveying, cost controls and change management across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain parametric and hybrid cost models to enable rapid estimating and scenario analysis.
• Provide reporting on cost status, risks, and KPIs to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
