Turner & Townsend in California seeks an experienced Associate Director Cost Manager to lead cost management for key construction programs and capital projects. This role involves managing internal and external stakeholder relationships while ensuring successful delivery of cost management services across all project phases.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a client-facing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or engineering related to construction.
• Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in cost management for construction projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cost management activities across project lifecycles.
• Interface with client, stakeholders, and consultants at all stages.
• Oversee cost planning, bid review, procurement strategy, and reporting.
• Monitor costs, manage risks, and ensure budget adherence.
• Provide value engineering and data-driven recommendations to support decisions.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
