Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Cost Management/Quantity Surveyor to lead the delivery of cost management on data center construction projects. You will manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, drive project outcomes, and ensure excellence in cost management across the lifecycle.

The role requires exceptional communication, leadership, and mentoring skills, with on-site presence as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in construction-related field.
• Graduate degree preferred in quantity surveying/cost management.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant cost management experience in construction.
• RICS certification or equivalent accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management services on complex, high-profile projects.
• Interface with client, stakeholders, and consultants at all stages.
• Perform quantity surveying, cost controls and change management throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the cost management team.
• Develop and implement cost management procedures and tools.
