Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience managing client engagements and client relationships.
• Ability to interpret statements of work, program budgets, and client commitments.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of custom and strategic open enrollment clients following contract execution and serve as the primary relationship lead.
• Lead client kickoff meetings and establish engagement cadence, responsibilities, and communication plans.
• Coordinate with program management, learning design, faculty, and marketing/communications to align expectations and drive client satisfaction.
