Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in client services, consulting, market access, healthcare, or related fields.
• Ability to lead significant workstreams or smaller accounts and translate needs into strategic and executable plans.
• Experience coaching Managers, Senior Managers, or junior team members on workstream ownership, client communication, and delivery quality.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead smaller accounts or major workstreams with increasing autonomy.
• Drive day-to-day client engagement and manage priorities, risks, and decisions.
• Provide strategic review and quality oversight for client work.
• Coordinate resource planning, budgeting, and delivery within scope.
• Mentor Senior Managers and Managers for growth.
