Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execution leadership: own multiple workstreams with independence, managing timelines, workplans, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Lead day-to-day team coordination, workload assignment, project planning, status tracking, and risk management across workstreams.
• Client and workstream ownership: lead portions of client communication, status meetings, and discussions with increasing independence.
• Support proposal development, organic growth identification, client competitive environment assessment, and opportunity positioning.
• Quality and insight development: ensure pre-client quality review and alignment to expectations; guide research and insight reporting.
• Process and operational improvement: identify improvements, support resource escalation, maintain regulatory knowledge.
• Coaching and development: mentor managers and juniors; contribute to performance feedback.
• Develop commercial awareness through hands-on execution and collaboration.
