Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver customer-specific category roadmaps aligned to retailer and business objectives.
• Integrate data sources to identify opportunities and actionable recommendations.
• Translate analyses into customer-facing stories that influence retailer decisions.
• Build recommendations on assortment, shelving, merchandising, space productivity, and omnichannel execution.
• Identify opportunities at national, regional, and local levels through analytics and insights.
• Collaborate with BUSS teams to shape category roadmaps and leadership.
• Lead omnichannel category roadmaps spanning physical and digital formats.
• Partner with customer teams to optimize space and merchandising.
• Translate retailer feedback into actionable guidance for in-market activation.
• Support sales teams with category stories and retailer intelligence.
