Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in omnichannel strategy at senior level in an agency or corporate setting.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries with customer engagement focus.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing, CRM, and analytics to drive KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with client pitches, proposals, and business development.

• Develop and execute omnichannel plans for a portfolio of clients.
