• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience supervising call center onboarding and nest progression.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and Training: guide new hires through onboarding processes, ensure proficiency in systems, processes, and knowledge.
• Employee Development: manage expectations, attendance, engagement, and skill transfers, fostering career growth and development for direct reports.
• Performance and Productivity: support ramp-up period to enhance results and reduce attrition.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: oversee a team of employees and address behavioral and attendance issues, ensuring transitions to production.
