Job summary

WD Partners is seeking an Associate Director, BIM to lead BIM standards, workflows, and digital delivery practices. The role bridges execution and strategy, supporting digital initiatives and guiding implementation across project teams. You will serve as a client-facing representative of WD's Digital Technology team, aligning workflows with project goals.

Location: remote from anywhere in the US. Preferred candidates have advanced BIM software proficiency and experience leading digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience developing and implementing digital strategies, workflows, and completion of multiple fully-integrated projects.
• Experience participating in client-facing meetings or supporting project pursuits.
• Experience leading BIM standards, training programs, and digital initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.
• Proficiency with Model Coordination, Navisworks, or similar coordination platforms.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Dynamo, scripting) and emerging digital workflows.
