Job summary

Kiewit, a leader in infrastructure delivery, seeks a Digital Delivery Manager to guide BIM strategy, model-based workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination across complex projects. You will mentor BIM professionals, drive enterprise standards, and push automation and innovation while supporting design-build teams.

The role is based in Northern California with responsibilities spanning design, engineering, and construction, delivering value through digital delivery across major transportation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of BIM/Digital Delivery leadership supporting major infrastructure projects.
• Experience developing and governing BEPs (BIM Execution Plans) and model management processes.
• Hands-on with Bentley OpenRoads Designer/ProjectWise and Autodesk Revit/Navisworks workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC or Digital Delivery programs on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Develop and implement enterprise BIM standards and digital delivery roadmaps.
• Mentor BIM/VDC professionals and collaborate with engineering, construction, and project leadership.
