Job summary

Alloy Therapeutics is seeking a scientist to advance antibody discovery and engineering in a dynamic startup environment. You will lead in vitro strategies, optimize platforms, and deliver high-quality data supporting lead identification while coordinating with multiple teams across time zones.

Role requires 5+ years of molecular biology experience, proficiency with display platforms, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques (cloning, PCR, sequencing).
• Experience with yeast/phage/mammalian display platforms.
• Ability to manage timelines and contribute to multiple projects in parallel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to support antibody discovery and engineering.
• Develop and optimize in vitro platforms and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with high scientific standards.
• Document findings clearly for stakeholders and teams.
• Participate in regular meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
• Provide technical expertise in molecular biology and related techniques.
