Job summary

You will partner with functional leaders, Finance, Data, Technology, HR, and other stakeholders to translate ambiguous questions into evidence-based answers and to build credible baselines and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, corporate strategy, or transformation with rigorous analytics.
• Experience developing KPI baselines and translating ops improvements into financial impact.
• Ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar functions and processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose high-value AI opportunities with leaders and process owners.
• Define KPIs, baselines, and value drivers to support investment decisions.
• Quantify value, build driver-based financial models, and assess risks.
• Lead analytical workstreams from problem definition through recommendation.
• Develop frameworks and templates to evaluate AI opportunities consistently.
