This role shapes strategy, ensures data quality, and partners with Product, Engineering, IT, and business leaders to deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions that meet regulatory and market needs. Minimum 15+ years in data science or AI leadership, with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data science, analytics, or AI including senior leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead production data science systems at enterprise scale.
• Experience in regulated or high-stakes contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own data and analytics strategy for DnA team across products.
• Provide scientific and technical leadership for production data science systems.
• Establish standards for explainability, validation, and audit-readiness of AI outcomes.
• Translate strategy into scalable, data-driven execution.
• Mentor and scale senior data science talent.
