Job summary

Amgen seeks an Associate Director, Information Systems to lead strategy, delivery, and evolution of a portfolio supporting Commercial Operations, including Pricing Intelligence and AI capabilities. You will partner with business leaders, engineering teams, and product teams to define strategic roadmaps and deliver scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Associate degree with 3+ years of Information Systems leadership experience.
• Experience managing people and leading teams, projects, or programs.
• Strong knowledge of data and analytics platforms and modern data technologies.
• Experience in SAFe/Agile product delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile teams delivering pricing and AI-enabled products.
• Define product roadmaps and investment priorities for the portfolio.
• Partner with business leaders, engineers, and architects to align priorities.
• Drive PI planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and releases.
• Establish and monitor OKRs and delivery metrics (predictability, flow, adoption).
• Apply data-driven decision making and AI initiatives to improve processes.
