Qualifications

• Doctorate or higher in Information Systems with 3+ years of IS leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise technology products for analytics, pricing, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures, governance, security and regulatory requirements.
• Technical fluency to evaluate solution designs and guide architecture without day-to-day coding."
• Experience with SAFe or large-scale Agile product organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile teams delivering pricing, analytics, and AI-enabled platforms.
• Define and own strategic product roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Partner with business leaders, engineers, and architects to align priorities and deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive PI planning, sprint planning, and release planning to ensure timely outcomes.
• Establish and monitor OKRs and delivery metrics to realize business value.
