Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Director of Marketing AI Capabilities to lead the development and scaling of AI-enabled marketing capabilities across the organization. You will connect external AI trends with internal transformation, translating advances into scalable capabilities that drive business impact.

You will shape future-state marketing operating models, oversee technology initiatives, and advise on external partnerships, talent enablement, and governance to embed AI into day-to-day execution.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s with required marketing/tech/operational experience
• 5+ years’ direct people leadership experience
• Strong understanding of AI, marketing tech, and omnichannel engagement

Responsibilities

• Monitor AI/digital landscape and translate into marketing capabilities strategies
• Lead Future of Marketing strategy, tech initiatives, and partnerships
• Manage partnerships with AI vendors, platforms, agencies, and startups
• Drive organizational readiness and enablement for AI-enabled ways of working
