Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the field; earned doctorate preferred.
• 3+ years of curriculum development or program oversight.
• 3+ years of post-secondary teaching experience.
• Industry certifications relevant to the field are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, orient, and train faculty; ensure credentials.
• Oversee curriculum integrity and instructional contributions (4.5 credits or updates).
• Lead program reviews, accreditation self-studies, CAP meetings; measure student outcomes data.
• Coordinate Program Advisory Councils and internships; maintain stakeholder links.
• Manage online course schedules, text selection, and library resources.
