Job summary
Northeastern University Seattle campus seeks an Associate Dean for Academic Affairs & Campus Administration to lead academic program delivery, innovation, compliance, and student services. Reporting to the Dean & CEO, the role partners with the Global University System to advance strategic initiatives, launch health science programs, and ensure exceptional student experiences.
The successful candidate will guide faculty and staff, drive program readiness, and foster cross-campus collaboration
Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in education, leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in higher education.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Academic Stewardship: lead innovation in curricula and program delivery.
- Strategic Planning: align campus initiatives with system-wide goals and measure success.
- People Management: oversee Student Services and Career Services to enhance the student experience.
- Faculty Partnership: provide professional development and support teaching excellence.
- Licensure, Compliance, and Accreditation: manage regulatory requirements across campus and network.
