We seek an Associate Customer Technical Program Manager to run day-to-day execution, keeping scope, defects, dependencies, and delivery reporting accurate, while working directly with the customer’s program and engineering teams. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of program or project management, or related technical role.
• Strong written communication and organization skills.
• Comfort in customer-facing meetings and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program health in Jira: track tickets, scope, and blockers.
• Manage defects, blockers, and recurring customer reviews.
• Track release scope and milestones against the plan.
• Produce weekly status, delivery summaries, and reporting material.
• Coordinate with customer and engineering teams on dependencies.
