Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking an Associate Customer Technical Program Manager to run day‑to‑day execution for IVI programs with a major automotive OEM. You will own defined workstreams—release scope tracking, defect management, and reporting—working closely with customer and engineering teams.

This is an early‑career role; you will join a customer-facing program, participate in meetings from week one, and grow into broader ownership while ensuring accurate scope, blockers, and delivery visibility.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in program or project management, engineering, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Excellent written communication and judgment to escalate when needed.
• Comfort working directly with an external customer and scheduling across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program backlog in Jira, translate requirements into tracked tickets, maintain status and release assignments.
• Manage defects and blockers, triage issues, align severity, coordinate with engineering, prepare bug reviews.
• Track release scope and milestones, surface slips and dependencies early.
• Produce weekly status, delivery summaries, and steering committee inputs.
• Serve as a working contact for customer and engineering teams on status and scope questions.
• Maintain Confluence as the program source of truth with mappings and meeting notes.
• Support onsite integration, test bench, and bootcamp activities with scheduling coordination.
• Close loops with Slack, email, and stand-ups, documenting commitments.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and tracking to save time for judgment calls.
