Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in program or project management, engineering, technical consulting, or another technical customer-facing role.
• Excellent written communication and judgment to handle challenging situations independently.
• Comfort working directly with an external customer, including in meetings where the news is not good.
• Strong organizational instincts for tracking, follow-ups, and closing threads without being chased.
• Enough technical literacy to follow engineering discussions on software features, builds, releases, and integration issues.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, or ability to become fluent quickly.
• Willingness to work across time zones with globally distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health of the program backlog in Jira; translate requirements into tracked tickets and keep status accurate.
• Run defect and blocker management; triage issues, align severity, coordinate resolutions across teams, prepare bug reviews.
• Track release scope and milestones against the program plan; surface slips and open dependencies early.
• Produce recurring program reporting: weekly status, delivery summaries, and steering inputs.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer program and engineering counterparts on status and dependencies.
• Maintain program records in Confluence: mappings, trackers, logs, and process documentation.
• Coordinate onsite integration activities and logistics across teams.
• Close loops by following up on Slack, email, and standups with durable commitments.
• Automate reporting and analysis to free time for judgment calls.
