Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking an Associate Customer Technical Program Manager to run the day‑to‑day execution of IVI program workstreams, keeping scope, defects, and delivery reporting accurate while coordinating with the customer’s teams.

You will grow into program ownership, attending customer meetings from week one and building a reputation for precise tracking and reliable reporting across time zones.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in program or project management, engineering, or a technical customer-facing role.
• Excellent written communication and good judgment in escalation vs. self-resolution.
• Comfort working directly with an external customer, including difficult news.
• Strong organizational instincts and proactive tracking.
• Technical literacy to follow engineering discussions and ask clarifying questions.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, or the ability to learn quickly.
• Willingness to work across time zones with distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health of the program backlog in Jira with well-formed tickets and accurate status.
• Manage defects and blockers; triage issues and coordinate resolution with engineering teams.
• Track release scope and milestones; flag slips and dependencies early.
• Produce recurring program reporting: weekly status, story-point summaries, and escalation trackers.
• Serve as working-level point of contact for customer’s program and engineering counterparts.
• Maintain requirements-to-features mappings and delivery trackers in Confluence.
• Coordinate onsite integration, test bench, and bootcamp activities across teams.
• Close loops by following up on questions until commitments are documented.
• Automate reporting and analysis tasks to free time for judgment calls.
