Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in program management, engineering, or a technical customer-facing role.
• Excellent written communication and judgment to escalate when needed.
• Comfort working directly with external customers and managing expectations.
• Strong organizational instincts to track progress and close threads.
• Technical literacy to follow engineering discussions on software features, builds, and releases.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, or the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day program backlog health in Jira, translating requirements into tracked tickets and keeping status and blockers accurate.
• Manage defects and blockers, triage issues, and prepare recurring bug reviews with the customer.
• Track release scope and milestones, surfacing slips and open dependencies early.
• Produce recurring program reporting: weekly status, delivery summaries, and escalation trackers.
• Serve as a working-level point of contact for customer and engineering counterparts on status and scope questions.
• Maintain Confluence as the program's source of truth with mappings, delivery trackers, and meeting notes.
• Coordinate onsite integration, test bench, and bootcamp activities across teams.
• Close loops: follow up across Slack, email, and standups to document commitments.
