We are seeking an Associate Customer Technical Program Manager to handle day-to-day execution, keeping scope, defects, dependencies, and delivery reporting accurate. You will work alongside and report to a Customer Technical Program Manager, owning defined workstreams—release scope tracking, defect management,

Translate customer requirements into tracked work items and maintain clarity of scope.

Responsibilities

Own daily health of the program backlog in Jira, translating requirements into tracked tickets.
Run defect and blocker management, triage issues, and coordinate resolution with engineering teams.
Track release scope and milestone readiness against the program plan and surface risks early.
Produce recurring program reporting: weekly status, delivery and story-point summaries, escalation trackers, sprint materials.
Serve as a working-level point of contact for customer program and engineering counterparts on ticket status and dependencies.
