Job summary

The Greater Boston Food Bank (GBFB) is seeking a Senior Associate of Community Partnerships and Agency Engagement in Boston, MA. This hybrid role focuses on strengthening network partnerships, coordinating agency engagement, and promoting equitable access to nutrition and health resources.

You will support member agencies, identify collaboration opportunities, and ensure inclusive community programs while reporting to the Senior Manager of Community Partnerships and Agency Engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, community organizing or network development is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, and team-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify client barriers to food access and participate in community planning processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with area partners and stakeholders in an assigned region.
• Provide support to partners including order entry, compliance visits, volunteer training, and customer service.
• Coordinate agency outreach opportunities, including grant recommendations and reporting.
• Plan and implement community engagement projects to raise awareness of GBFB initiatives.
