Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, community organizing or network development.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred (Salesforce).
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify client barriers to food access and support network planning with GBFB partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with area partners and community stakeholders.
• Assist with order entry, compliance visits, volunteer training, and reporting.
• Coordinate agency outreach and grant-related activities.
• Maintain food safety certification and support distribution sites.
